What is the main task of the 3D Measurement Department?
SN: First of all, we support the work inside our company and provide services directly to external customers. Our range of services includes, among others, marking out points for production lines, measuring production tooling, positioning industrial robots, measuring structures and finished products.
Where do you realize your projects?
SN: We work for major clients around the world including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, USA, China, Vietnam and Turkey. We carry out projects for brands such as Audi, Volvo, BMW, VW and Porsche. Admittedly, recent years have required us to be very flexible in our approach to the organization of our work - adapting to the requirements of strictures while meeting deadlines and customer requirements, but thanks to this, we know we can handle any situation.
What do we offer for our clients?
SN: Professional services provided by experienced professionals who work with the best equipment available on the market. Thanks to our knowledge and capabilities, we are able to provide support for almost any measurement task. We offer even faster and more accurate measurements, which also translates into efficiency in our work. Currently, we have 7 Laser Tracker measurement devices, working in the Polyworks measurement software environment. Now a new measurement tool has joined our range - the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960, which is one of the main tools of modern metrology in line with the idea of Industry 4.0.
What are the most important features of the new tracker?
SN: Speed, repeatability, mobility, quality and efficiency, and versatility - it can be used in any industrial field. In addition, the accuracy of the AT960MR laser tracker itself is +/- 0.015 mm + 0.006 mm/m. Measurements with the T-Probe are made with an accuracy of +/- 0.035 mm at a range of 20m, while measurements with the T-Scan probe are +/- 0.060 mm at a measurement point collection rate of 210,000 points/sec. With this solution, we acquire hundreds of millions of accurate points on almost all surfaces. Higher scanning speed, perfect recognition of even the smallest details and faster contact measurements while maintaining very high accuracy gives us an extraordinary advantage and possibilities in practically every measurement task.
