Each of our designers, programmers or electricians whose tasks are directly related to design work in the factory has the opportunity to take part in a training course, during which they acquire the necessary, practical knowledge that is useful in their everyday work as a commissioning engineer.

The training includes both a theoretical introduction and a practical part, which is the most valuable. - Piotr emphasises. We start from the very beginning, i.e. with the preparation of the programmes, then checking them and putting them into operation on site. A strong emphasis is placed on the commissioning and operation of equipment such as inverters, drives, pneumatic systems and robot actuators - he adds. We pass on knowledge and our experience of both duties as well as current safety standards and regulations," Marek points out. It is important that the employee also acquires problem-solving skills and the ability to use documentation during training, adds Lukasz.
